- This metric is the total amount that authorities expect to collect if every non-domestic ratepayer paid the full amount for which they are liable for the current financial year taking into account the reliefs or reductions to which they are entitled.
As the metric is expressed as amounts caution should be used when making comparisons with other authorities as the data is influenced by the number and size of rateable businesses/non-domestic properties in an area.
