- Help text
- DISCONTINUED DATA - Final available dataset: fin_2008_09 This indicator measures the impact of hospital services (acute and non-acute) and community-based care in facilitating timely and appropriate discharge from all hospitals for all adults. A delayed transfer of care occurs when a patient is ready for transfer from a hospital bed, but is still occupying such a bed. This was previously reported as NI 131.
