- DISCONTINUED DATA - Final available dataset: sch_2009_10. The indicator will give an indication of the progress every area is making in offering and promoting diplomas to young people. This is the number of active Diploma Aggregation Service accounts where the centre of learning is recorded as being within the local authority. Data includes all learners who have participated in a course of study towards a national diploma during the academic year, up to and including 31 August 2010. This was previously reported as NI 90.
