- The indicator will measure the proportion of adults released from prison (into the Local Authority Area) with substance misuse treatment need who go on to engage in structured treatment interventions in the community within 3 weeks of release. Engagement is defined as having started a treatment intervention.
Figures less than 5 will be supressed.
