Making Safeguarding Personal - This is about having conversations with people about how to respond in safeguarding situations in a way that enhances involvement, choice and control as well as improving quality of life, wellbeing and safety. As this is a voluntary data item and was completed by 93 of the 152 local authorities, the data should be treated with caution. Concluded Section 42 safeguarding enquiries - When the safeguarding investigation is complete and the conclusions and actions have been decided. Only enquiries that concluded within this reporting year should be recorded. This can include cases that began in a previous reporting period.
