- The total count for all entitled cases of the lower rate of attendance allowance for people aged 65 and over living in the area. The lower rate of attendance allowance is paid at £55.65 per week and is provided to those who require 'Frequent help or constant supervision during the day, or supervision at night'. The total count of entitled case includes both the number of people in receipt of an allowance and those with entitlement where the payment has been suspended, for example if they are in hospital.
