- This is the percentage of 16 to 18 year olds who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET). Data are collected monthly, however, this indicator and NEET targets use an annual result which is based on an average of three one month snapshots at the end of November, December and January each year. This indicator was previously reported as NI 117.
