Housing - reduction in social housing rents Duty
- Description
- Between 2016-17 and 2019-20 local authority registered providers of social housing must have (subject to exemptions) secured that the amount of rent payable in respect of that relevant year by a tenant of their social housing in England is at least 1% less than the amount of rent that was payable by the tenant in respect of the preceding 12 months.
