Food safety - labelling of honey (England) Duty

- Local authorities (food authorities) are required to enforce the Regulations (by serving improvement notices) which regulate the use of various prescribed names including “honey” and the compositional criteria with which such products must comply when placed on the market as honey and when used in a product intended for human consumption and other labelling conditions.
