- Description
- The governing body and the local authority must secure by the end of the implementation period that a new instrument of government is made for the school in accordance with the 2005 Regulations or the 2014 Regulations and must secure that, as soon as reasonably practicable after the commencement of the implementation period (and in any event within a period of 3 months beginning on the implementation date), the governing body is reconstituted in accordance with the new instrument of government and the 2005 Regulations or the 2014 Regulations. They must also adhere to the provisions regarding Governor surplus.
