- A local authority must enforce in its area Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1337/2013 laying down rules for the application of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 as regards the indication of the country of origin for fresh, chilled and frozen meat of swine, sheep, goats and poultry and these Regulations, which require food business operators to keep records for 12 months from the end of the calendar year to which each record relates.
