Schools - transition of governance Duty
- Description
- A local authority must have regard to provisions relating to the transition of a school's governing body from being constituted as an interim executive board in accordance with Schedule 1A to the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 to being a governing body constituted in accordance with section 19(1) of the Education Act 2002, including establishing a shadow governing body.
