Looked after children - ways to be accommodated and maintained Duty
- Description
- Where it is appropriate, the local authority must make arrangements for a looked after child to live with: a parent; a person with parental responsibility; or where a child is in the care of the local authority and there was a residence order in force immediately before the care order was made, a person in whose favour the residence order was made.
