- Description
- A local authority shall permit the authorised representative of a disabled person, if so requested by the disabled person to act as their representative in connection with the provision by the authority of any services in the exercise of any of their functions under the welfare enactments, or to accompany the disabled person (otherwise than as his representative) to any meeting or interview held by or on behalf of the authority in connection with the provision by them of any such services.
