Child welfare - co-operation to improve well-being Duty

- Local authorities must co-operate with each other and prescribed others to improve the wellbeing of children in their area and have regard to guidance issued by the Secretary of State when so doing.
In making arrangements under this section a local authority in England must have regard to the importance of parents and other persons caring for children in improving the well-being of children.
