Education - admissions forums Duty
- Description
- A local education authority shall in accordance with regulations establish for their area a body, to be known as an admission forum, for the purpose of advising the authority on such matters connected with the exercise of the authority's functions under this Chapter as may be prescribed, and advising the admission authorities for maintained schools in the area for which the forum is established onsuch matters connected with the determination of admission arrangements, and such other matters connected with the admission of pupils,as may be prescribed.
