Investigation not justified & Other Circumstance
Investigations where the final decision is that further enquiries are not justified for any reason, such as that the injustice claimed does not warrant the public expense or that another organisation could deal with the matter better.
No or minor injustice & Other Circumstance
Investigations where the final decision is that any injustice caused does not justify the public expense of pursuing the matter further.
No power to investigate Circumstance
Investigations where it's concluded the law does not allow enquiries, such as personnel matters, and matters that affect all or most of the people living in a council's area.
No reason to use exceptional power to investigate Circumstance
Investigations which do not go ahead due to there not being sufficient reason to use powers to investigate.
